We cover the cost of authorised repairs to covered components and diagnostic costs. We do not cover storage charges, recovery fees not arranged through our breakdown partner, or other miscellaneous garage fees unless we have specifically agreed to them in advance as part of the repair.
We will typically work with a reputable, VAT-registered garage of your choice, provided we can agree on reasonable labour rates, repair methods, and parts. In some cases, we may direct you to an alternative garage if that is more appropriate or cost-effective for the type of repair required.
Yes. The plan is designed to cover sudden mechanical or electrical failure of covered components during normal vehicle use, within your plan’s terms, limits, and exclusions. This includes both traditional mechanical components and modern electronic modules, sensors and control units.
