Quick answers to common questions
Your Warranty Plan covers all factory-fitted mechanical and electrical components on eligible vehicles, provided they were in good working order when the plan started and are not listed in the exclusions. This encompasses core systems such as the engine, gearbox, drivetrain, steering, suspension, braking, fuel, cooling, electrics, electronics, infotainment, driver assistance technology, and more.
You must maintain a valid service history in line with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule using VAT-registered garages and manufacturer-approved or OEM parts. If your servicing is overdue when you purchase the plan, you must complete a full service within 30 days of the plan purchase date and then follow the scheduled maintenance in the future. We may decline or limit cover where missed or significantly overdue servicing has clearly contributed to a failure.
Yes. Vehicles that have been recorded as insurance write-offs, including Category S or Category N (and Categories A, B, C, D, N or S), are eligible for warranty cover, as long as the vehicle meets our standard eligibility criteria and is roadworthy at the start of cover. As with all vehicles, any pre-existing faults are not covered under our terms, whether they are related or unrelated to the previous accident damage.
