No. There is no additional cost to pay for approved repairs under your Warranty Plan. When a repair request is authorised, we cover the agreed cost of parts and labour within your repair limit, and we usually settle the invoice directly with the repairer.
Where a covered component is the sole reason your vehicle fails an MOT, and that fault is otherwise covered under the plan, we may authorise the repair of that component, subject to the waiting period and plan limits. The MOT test fee, re-test fee and any failures related to tyres, brakes, corrosion, glass, bulbs, wipers or other consumables are not covered.
In many cases, yes. Our Warranty Plan can cover vehicles used for normal business, commuting and mixed private/business use. However, vehicles used for hire and reward (for example, taxis, private hire, courier and delivery vehicles, food trucks or heavily converted business vehicles) are excluded. If your vehicle is used primarily for business, please tell us so we can confirm eligibility.
