Are there limits on how much you will pay towards repairs during my plan?

Yes. There is a maximum amount we will pay for each authorised repair, and this depends on the vehicle type and the level of cover chosen. For example, cars and vans have a standard per-repair limit, with a higher limit available on enhanced cover, and motorcycles have separate limits. You can make multiple repair requests during the plan, up to the vehicle’s most recent purchase price.

When does my cover start and is there a waiting period?

Your Plan Purchase Date is the date you buy your Warranty Plan. You can choose a Plan Start Date up to several months in the future. A 30-day waiting period applies from the plan purchase date, during which you cannot make repair requests. Any fault that appears, is diagnosed, or would reasonably have been apparent during this waiting period will be treated as a pre-existing fault and will not be covered.

What happens if I disagree with the diagnosis my garage has given?

If you are unsure about a diagnosis, please speak to us before any work is carried out. We may ask for additional information, a second opinion or an independent inspection. Because we rely on objective evidence to approve repairs, we may not authorise work where the diagnosis is unclear or appears inconsistent with the symptoms or fault codes.
