No. Our Warranty Plan pays for the cost of authorised repairs to covered components only. We do not cover indirect or consequential losses such as loss of earnings, missed appointments, travel costs, hotel bills, storage charges or general inconvenience while the vehicle is being diagnosed or repaired.
We cannot cover vehicles with specialist conversions or adaptations, such as refrigerated vans, mobile workshops, emergency response vehicles, mobile retail units or imports that were not manufactured to UK specification. Heavily modified vehicles are also excluded, including those with performance enhancements, engine modifications, suspension upgrades, ECU remaps, or structural changes. Minor cosmetic accessories that do not affect the vehicle's operation will generally be acceptable.
Reasonable diagnostic costs are covered when a covered fault is confirmed and an authorised repair is carried out under your Warranty Plan. If no covered fault is found, or if the issue is excluded under the plan, diagnostic and strip-down costs remain your responsibility.
