No. Vehicles with a market value over £100,000 are excluded from cover.
No. External charging cables, leads, home charging units and public charging equipment are not covered by the Warranty Plan. We cover the vehicle’s factory-fitted high-voltage components such as the traction battery, on-board charger and charging port, but not external accessories or infrastructure.
We cannot cover vehicles with specialist conversions or adaptations, such as refrigerated vans, mobile workshops, emergency response vehicles, mobile retail units or imports that were not manufactured to UK specification. Heavily modified vehicles are also excluded, including those with performance enhancements, engine modifications, suspension upgrades, ECU remaps, or structural changes. Minor cosmetic accessories that do not affect the vehicle's operation will generally be acceptable.
