If you sell your vehicle, it is written off, or you otherwise no longer need the cover, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to transfer the plan to a replacement vehicle or consider issuing a pro-rata refund in line with our cancellation terms. Any refund or transfer is always at our reasonable discretion and may involve fees or deductions.
We cover many used vehicles, as long as they meet our age and mileage limits at the time you purchase the plan. In broad terms, cars are eligible up to 14 years old and 130,000 miles, vans up to 10 years old and 100,000 miles, and motorbikes up to 11 years old and 60,000 miles.
No. Bodywork, paint, glass, mirrors, upholstery, carpets, seat covers, trim and weather seals are not covered by the Warranty Plan. These are treated as body and trim items or cosmetic components and are the owner’s responsibility, even if they fail or deteriorate over time.
