Can I cancel my plan and get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel your Warranty Plan within 14 days of activation, provided no repair requests have been approved or paid. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period are considered at our discretion and may involve fees or a pro rata refund based on time used and any repairs already paid. Full cancellation rules are set out in our Warranty Terms and Cancellation Policy.

What happens if my vehicle needs strip-down or further diagnostics before you can decide?

In some cases, the cause of a fault is not apparent until certain parts have been tested or stripped down. We may authorise reasonable diagnostic work first and then decide on the repair once the cause is confirmed. Diagnostic and strip-down costs are covered when we authorise a covered repair. If no covered fault is found, those costs remain your responsibility.

Are software updates, coding or reprogramming covered?

Software updates, coding and general reprogramming are not covered on their own. Where a software update or reprogramming is required explicitly as part of an authorised repair to a covered component, we may cover reasonable associated costs. Routine updates, feature activations or coding changes are not covered.
