How do I start a repair request if I cannot get through on the phone?

If our phone lines are busy, you can start the process using our online “Start a repair” option or by emailing our repairs team with full details of the fault, your vehicle and your plan. Once your request is logged, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the next steps and any diagnostics or evidence we need.

Can I buy a warranty directly from you, or do I need to go through a dealer or finance broker?

You can buy a Cover Me Warranty plan directly from us online or over the phone. In many cases, customers come to us after purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, a car supermarket, or a private seller. Still, you do not have to use a particular dealer or finance broker to be eligible. As long as your vehicle meets our age, mileage and eligibility checks, you can come straight to us for cover.

What should I do first if my vehicle develops a fault but is still driveable?

If your vehicle develops a fault, do not ignore it. Contact us as soon as possible to start a repair request and follow our instructions before authorising any work. We may ask you to take the vehicle to a VAT-registered garage for diagnostics. Continuing to drive with a known fault may worsen the damage and could affect whether the repair is covered.
