Cover Me Warranty Ltd (Company No.16509552) T/A Cover Me Warranty (FRN:1036767) is an Appointed Representative of Match Me Car Finance Ltd (FRN:803714) which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are appointed only to offer you credit options to fund your chosen warranty plan. We do not receive a commission for introductions to any provider of credit. We are not a regulated insurance provider and all warranty plans offered are not insurance products. We offer discretionary warranty plans only that are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner (No.ZB91559)
2. Warranty Services
Cover Me Warranty provides discretionary vehicle warranty services. This means that each claim is assessed individually, and approval is at our discretion based on fairness and reasonableness.

- Coverage details are specified in your warranty documentation
- Claims must be reported promptly according to the procedures outlined
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered
3. Eligibility
To purchase a warranty, you must:
- Own or have legal interest in the vehicle
- Ensure the vehicle meets our eligibility criteria
4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made in full via Stripe or through our finance partner Bumper. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Finance is subject to status and terms.
5. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your warranty within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period") for a full refund, provided no claims have been made. After this period, cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in your warranty documentation.
6. Claims Process
To make a claim:
- Contact us immediately when a fault occurs
- Do not proceed with repairs without our authorisation
- Provide all requested documentation
- Use our approved repair network where required
7. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the terms of your warranty agreement. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of use, or any indirect damages. The maximum claim limits are specified in your warranty documentation.
8. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
9. Intellectual Property
