Quick answers to common questions
No. Damage caused by misfuelling, neglect, abuse, overloading, competition or racing use, or other misuse is not covered. Our Warranty Plan is designed to protect against sudden mechanical or electrical failure during normal operation, not damage caused by incorrect use or lack of basic care.
No. Vehicles that have been recorded as insurance write-offs (categories A, B, C, D, N or S) are excluded from cover. Vehicles with a market value over £100,000 are also not eligible.
Yes. You can cancel your Warranty Plan within 14 days of activation, provided no repair requests have been approved or paid. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period are considered at our discretion and may involve fees or a pro rata refund based on time used and any repairs already paid.
