Yes, emissions-related components, such as catalytic converters, DPFs, OPFs, EGR systems, and AdBlue or SCR dosing systems, are covered where they meet the general terms of the plan and are not excluded for other reasons. In the case of DPFs, we may first authorise professional cleaning or regeneration, then reconditioning, and only authorise a replacement unit if these options are not suitable.

Yes. Our Warranty Plan can cover eligible vehicles used for normal personal, commuting and many business purposes. Vehicles used for “hire and reward,” such as taxis, private hire, courier, and delivery work, are not covered, and certain specialist or heavily adapted vehicles are also excluded. If you are unsure whether your business use is eligible, please get in touch with us before buying.

If you break down outside our business hours and the vehicle needs urgent attention, you can authorise repairs at your own risk and keep all invoices and diagnostic evidence. When we reopen, you can submit a repair request and we may provide retrospective discretionary reimbursement, limited to the labour rates, parts prices and repair method we would have authorised under normal circumstances. Our breakdown partner can also assist with recovery.
