Do you only cover vehicles in the UK?

Yes. The Warranty Plan and the included breakdown cover apply to vehicles located and repaired within the United Kingdom. Repairs should be carried out by VAT-registered UK garages approved by us, unless we agree otherwise in advance.

What happens if there is a difference between something I read elsewhere online and the Warranty Plan Terms?

If there is ever a difference between our FAQs, marketing or social media content and the Warranty Plan Terms, the Warranty Plan Terms on our website will always take priority. The FAQs, marketing and social media content are designed to explain things in simple language. Still, the Warranty Plan Terms are the full, detailed description of what is and is not covered, including any limits, waiting periods and exclusions.

Is breakdown cover included automatically with every plan, or is it an optional extra?

UK-wide 24/7 breakdown cover is included in our Warranty Plan at no extra cost. It is provided through our partner, Emergency Assist. It includes no excess or call-out fees, home start, flat-tyre assistance, nationwide recovery and unlimited callouts, subject to Emergency Assist’s own terms and conditions. Breakdown cover is activated shortly after your warranty is activated.
