Quick answers to common questions

1
Which parts or faults aren't covered?

We don't cover service and maintenance items, consumables, or faults that existed before your policy started (pre-existing faults). Some key items include tyres, brake pads & discs, wiper arms & blades, spark/glow plugs, bulbs & fuses, batteries, timing belts, glass, mirrors, and routine service items.

2
How do I upgrade my repair limit?

You can easily upgrade your repair limit by selecting 'enhanced cover' when buying or renewing your warranty plan online.

3
Are there any repair limits or excesses?

You're covered up to £3,000 per repair as standard, with options to upgrade to £6,000 'enhanced cover'. There's no excess to pay, and you can repair your vehicle as many times as you need, up to the purchase price of your vehicle.
