Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions

1
Are infotainment systems, screens and driver assistance technology covered?

Yes. Factory-fitted multimedia, infotainment and display systems are covered, including head units, amplifiers, tuners, screens, navigation modules and related control modules. Driver assistance systems, including radar, cameras, parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, and blind spot monitoring modules, are also covered, along with their control units and sensors, subject to the plan’s limits and exclusions.

2
Do you cover high-voltage hybrid or EV batteries if the range simply drops over time?

We cover sudden, unforeseen high-voltage battery failure when an internal fault prevents the vehicle from starting, driving, or charging as intended. Expected battery degradation or loss of range over time due to age, mileage, or usage is not covered, as this is considered normal wear and tear of the battery pack.

3
Can I renew or extend my plan when it ends?

Your Warranty Plan runs for the fixed term you choose at the start (1, 2, or 3 years), and coverage ends automatically at the end of that period. We don’t usually “extend” existing plans. Still, if you’d like ongoing protection, you’re very welcome to take out a new plan at our current prices, terms and eligibility criteria when you contact us.
