Can I transfer my plan to a different vehicle if mine is written off or stolen?

If your vehicle is written off or stolen, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may be able to transfer the remaining cover to a replacement vehicle that meets our eligibility rules (for example, age, mileage, and vehicle type), or consider a pro rata refund at our reasonable discretion. Vehicles that have been written off (categories A, B, C, D, N or S) cannot be covered under the plan.

How do I start a repair request if I cannot get through on the phone?

If our phone lines are busy, you can start the process using our online “Start a repair” option or by emailing our repairs team with full details of the fault, your vehicle and your plan. Once your request is logged, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the next steps and any diagnostics or evidence we need.

What are the repair limits on my plan?

For eligible cars and vans, the standard maximum repair limit is £3,000 per approved repair, or £6,000 with enhanced cover. For motorcycles, the maximum is £2,000 per approved repair, or £4,000 with enhanced cover. You can make unlimited approved repairs during the plan up to the vehicle’s most recent purchase price.
