You must service your vehicle annually or as per the manufacturer's schedule, within 1 month or 1,000 miles of when it's due. Use a VAT-registered garage and keep your receipts. Failure to maintain the vehicle's service schedule may affect your warranty coverage.
Yes, you can cancel your cover within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no repair requests have been made. After this time, a pro-rata refund may apply at our discretion.
Cars and motorcycles under 12 years old with less than 120,000 miles, and vans under 10 years old with less than 100,000 miles are eligible, unless they're ultra-premium or high-performance brands, or valued over £100,000.
