Excluded Vehicle Makes

The following vehicle manufacturers are not eligible for our warranty coverage due to specialist parts, high repair costs, or limited repair network availability:

Bentley
Ferrari
Lamborghini
Lotus
Maserati
Maybach
McLaren
Morgan
Rolls-Royce
TVR
High-Performance Model Exclusions

Certain high-performance models from mainstream manufacturers are excluded:

Audi

RS
R8
S Series
S-Line variants are accepted

BMW

M Series
M-Sport variants are accepted

Mercedes

AMG
AMG-Line variants are accepted
Vehicle Condition Exclusions

Vehicle Age

Over age limits

Cars up to 12 years • Vans up to 10 years • Motorbikes up to 12 years at the start of the warranty

Vehicle Value

Over £100,000

Vehicles with a market value exceeding £100,000 are not eligible

Mileage Limits

Excessive mileage

Cars: Over 120,000 miles • Vans: Over 100,000 miles • Motorbikes: Over 60,000 miles

Vehicle Usage

Commercial hire/reward

Taxis, courier vehicles, food trucks, rental cars, and other hire/reward vehicles

Other Vehicle Exclusions
Pre-existing faults or issues
Vehicles with undisclosed modifications
Imported vehicles (non-UK spec)
Motorhomes and campervans
Mobile food units and specialist vehicles
Track day or racing vehicles
Vehicles with salvage/insurance write-off history
Military or emergency service vehicles
Routine Maintenance & Consumables

The following items are considered routine maintenance or consumables and are not covered:

Tyres, brake pads/discs
Bulbs, filters, wiper blades
Oils and fluids (unless part of repair)
Charging cables and 12V batteries
Timing belts, auxiliary belts
Motorcycle chains & sprockets
Software updates (unless fixing covered part)
EV/hybrid battery degradation
Cosmetic issues (paint, trim, upholstery)
Routine maintenance items
