We don't cover service and maintenance items, consumables, or faults that existed before your policy started (pre-existing faults). Some key items include tyres, brake pads & discs, wipers & blades, spark/glow plugs, bulbs & fuses, batteries, DPF filters, timing belts, glass, mirrors, and routine service items.
A reputable, VAT-registered garage will carry out all repairs, and you’ll just need to obtain prior authorisation from us before any work begins. Mobile repairs may also be available depending on your location and the fault. Where a repair is specific to a main dealer’s services, we can work with them too, so you can be confident your vehicle is always in the right hands.
You're covered up to £3,000 per claim as standard, with options to upgrade to £6,000 'enhanced cover'. There's no excess to pay, and you can claim as many times as you need, up to the purchase price of your vehicle.
